Candace Cameron Bure's and Kirk Cameron's "Hope Rising" benefit concert on Sunday night inspired millions of people across the U.S.
The event, which included messages from people like Franklin Graham and T.D. Jakes, and performances from music acts like Casting Crowns, Matthew West, Mercy Me, Kari Jobe and Cody Carnes, raised funds for Samaritan's Purse, a Christian non-profit helping amid the COVID19 crisis.
"We've never alone, because God is always with us," Candace Cameron Bure proclaimed at the start of the event, noting that the evening would be comprised of "love, faith and worship music."
Bure also went on to highlight the fears that many are experiencing amid the ongoing global pandemic, and offered a powerful solution to the oft-times oppressive uncertainty.
"Many of us in the world are feeling worried over the unknown," she said. "But we can always look to God's promises for hope, because God gives us so much hope."
Kirk Cameron also offered up an inspiring message during the monologue.
"The Bible says that wherever your treasure is, there your heart will be also," he said. "Our circumstances have pulled us all together."
