You'd think achieving a career record 600 touchdowns in Sunday's game would be the most memorable part of Tom Brady's weekend.

But it wasn't. It was during a sideline encounter when the 44-year-old quarterback and 10-year-old Noah Reeb shared a special moment.

See, Noah is a brain cancer survivor. And in the midst of his battle, Brady provided some much-needed encouragement when he sent Noah a personalized video. Noah's dream was to see Brady play in person so when he got to attend Sunday's Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Chicago Bears game, he made a sign thanking the quarterback for all he had done.

And it's a moment neither will forget anytime soon.

"It was crazy, I didn't believe it ... I was so blessed and so grateful," said Noah. "As soon as he looked at me I started crying."

When the family attended Sunday's game, Noah held up a sign thanking Brady that read "Tom Brady Helped me beat brain cancer." That's all it took for the seven-time Super Bowl champion to take a moment to hand Noah his sideline hat.

For young Noah, it was an answered prayer. According to his family's Instagram post following the exchange, Noah fought his cancer battle hoping to one day see Brady play football in real life.

"Noah had already undergone two brain surgeries within a three-week span," said Noah's mother, Jacque to "Inside the NFL." "Through community outreach and it's kind of like a ripple effect, we all of a sudden got a text in the middle of the day. Noah and I were in the car, he was having a rough time. Obviously, he's an avid football fan and Tom Brady fan, and I look down, click it and there's Tom Brady."

After the game, Brady said that it really "puts a lot in perspective of what we're doing on the field. In the end it doesn't mean much compared to what so many people go through, so we all try to make a difference in different ways."

We're praying for continued health for Noah and his family!
